  		'post_content' => '<p>The Nigeria Police have arrested the man kissing a toddler in a viral video.</p><p><br></p><p>The culprit, identified as Adeyeye Oluwatosin Babatunde, was seen kissing his three-year-old stepsister in a video on social media.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>DSP Bala Elkana, the Lagos Police Public Relations Officer confirmed this in a statement on Friday.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>According to him, the incident happened at their residence in Shagamu, Ogun State on June 2, 2020.</p><p><br></p><p>He said immediately the attention of the police was called to the video,&nbsp;the Lagos State Commissioner of Police, CP Hakeem Odumosu instructed detectives from the Gender Unit to analyse the video and apprehend the suspect.</p><p><br></p><p>“The team got the suspect on 5/6/2020 at about 1100 hours.
