  		'post_content' => '<p>The Department of State Services (DSS) has warned against plans by some prominent personalities and socio-cultural groups who are planning to destabilize the country.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>The DSS in a press release signed on Monday, July 27 said it is aware of the individuals who are employing divisive antics and inciting statements to pit individuals and ethnic nationalities against one another.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>Below is the press statement released by the DSS&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>The Department of State Services (DSS) has uncovered plans by some persons and groups desirous of taking advantage of the latest developments in parts of the country to destabilize it.</p><p><br></p><p>Some prominent personalities and socio-cultural groups have resorted to divisive acts through inciting statements aimed at pitting individuals, groups and ethnic nationalities against another.
