269 STRANDED NIGERIANS IN INDIA ARRIVE NIGERIA
Two Hundred and sixty-nine stranded Nigerians arrived from India on Saturday, June 13.
The evacuees arrived in the country via an Air Peace plane at about 2 am after a few hours of delay, Nigerians in Diaspora Commission disclosed on their Twitter handle.
According to the Commission, 103 persons landed in Lagos, while 166 touched down in Abuja.
The evacuees are on compulsory 14 days of self-isolation according to NCDC guidelines.
Recall that Eons Intelligence reported that 312 Indians returned to their country on June 12 via Air Peace, and the airline would also return with some Nigerians from India.
