NIGERIAN-BORN BLACK LIVES PROTESTER FOUND DEAD

19-year-old Nigerian Black Lives Matter protester, Oluwatoyin Salau, who went missing recently, has reportedly been found dead.

According to Tallahassee Democrat, police officers investigating the case found two bodies this past Saturday in the southeast part of town.

There are unconfirmed reports that the second body found by the police is that of Victoria Sims, a Tallahassee woman who was also reported missing this past Saturday.

Toyin was reportedly last seen on June 6th in Tallahassee.

The Nigerian born 19-year old had shared on social media that she had been assaulted by an unidentified man who had offered to give her a ride back to the church where she was staying.

Toyin tweeted; "He came disguised as a man of God and ended up picking me up from nearby Saxon Street."

Those were the last posts made by Salau.

A social media user (@laurecapri) alleging to have been assisting Toyin’s mother in the search for her daughter, tweeted recently and alluded to Salau's death saying, "Toyin is no longer with us".

However, the Tallahassee Police Department has not updated Salau's missing person case despite the outpouring of condolences and tributes for Salau on social media.
