LAGOS TO INVESTIGATE VIRAL VIDEO OF PMS SOUVENIR
The viral video of the kegs of fuel said to have been used as souvenirs at an event in Lagos has been brought to the notice of the Lagos State Government.
While speaking on the the action the Commissioner, Information and Strategy, Gbenga Omotosho condemned it as defying all safety measures. Hence, it is not only dangerous, but can lead to loss of lives and property and therefore should not be condoned.
He said "The Lagos State Government through the Safety Commission is investigating this matter and will ensure that all parties to this reprehensible action are made to account for it.
"The safety of lives and properties of Lagosians and visitors remain a top priority to the Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu administration. We, therefore , advise that actions that can lead to loss of lives and properties be avoided".
