NIGERIAN NAVY DEBUNKS REPORTS THAT IT WAS ATTACKED BY NIGER DELTA AVENGERS
The Nigerian Navy has debunked reports that Niger Delta Avengers attacked some of its personnel on Thursday.
This comes after reports and a video footage emerged online indicating that gunmen suspected to be Niger Delta Avengers attacked Nigerian Navy personnel deployed to a waterways security vessel in Bayelsa State, some of the Military men.
The Nigerian Navy however debunked the reports, stating that the video clip is a simulated assault on a militant location Nigerian Navy Special Boat Service.
